Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
  • Resolve project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
  • Conduct detailed site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.



Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and structural design.
  • CAD Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor construction projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Building Codes: Understanding local and international construction standards.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication with teams and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in designs and site inspections.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work with architects, contractors, and other engineers.
  • Time Management: Managing deadlines and schedules effectively.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices on construction sites.
