Job Description

Project Management:


  • Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan.
  • Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
  • Identify possible challenges and create a well-drafted cost analysis report for the project.
  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with project specifications and timelines.
  • Ensure timely sourcing of required raw material and tools by contacting respective vendors.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Oversight:

  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and safety regulations.
  • Focus on safety standards and regulations during each stage of project development.
  • Create a proper timetable for order and delivery of resources required to ensure timely completion of various project activities.
  • Examine technical layouts to decide on the next course of action in a project.


Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in construction activities.
  • Knowledge in current materials and construction methods both Civil and Fit-out work, different materials: finishes, methods, and installations.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain and store documents on shared cloud system in an efficient and accessible manner.


Cost Management:

  • Assist in estimating project costs and preparing budgets.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure effective cost control.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site progress.
  • Contribute to the commercial aspects of the company's projects by collaborating with appropriate professionals.
