1 - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
2 - Society of Engineers (SoE) membership or Municipality approved engineer
3 - Minimum of 4 years of experience in UAE
4 - Minimum of 7 years of experience in total
5 - Driving License.
