As a Consultant Cardiologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cardiovascular care, diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of heart and vascular diseases. Your expertise will enhance patient care and contribute significantly to our clients' healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough consultations and evaluations of patients presenting with cardiovascular symptoms
- Order and interpret various diagnostic tests, including ECGs, echocardiograms, and cardiac stress tests
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' medical histories and diagnostic findings
- Prescribe medications, recommend lifestyle changes, and provide patient education regarding heart health
- Perform and assist with cardiac procedures, including catheterizations, angioplasty, and other interventions
- Oversee patient care throughout recovery periods and follow-ups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current in the field of cardiology
