  3. Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement dessert menus featuring chocolate as a primary ingredient.
  4. Maintain inventory of chocolate and related ingredients, ensuring proper storage and handling to preserve quality.
  5. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on chocolate techniques and best practices.
  6. Conduct regular quality checks on chocolate products to ensure they meet the established standards.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance chocolate offerings.
  8. Participate in food tastings and events to showcase chocolate creations and engage with customers.
  9. Assist in managing kitchen operations, including cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Chocolate Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  2. Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decoration techniques.
