KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Participate effectively in establishing and implementing partnerships with other organizations in Dubai in the field of OPM (Organizational project management).# Conduct and participate in workshops related to various types of projects including Feasibility Studies, Return in Investment, Cost analysis, Technical Specifications, Alternative analysis, and Project Management.# Design, develop and manage several internal software applications and tools related to Project Management to enhance work performance as required.# Provide Technical opinion on projects reports and documents received from External and advice on the appropriate technical solutions.# Provide Technical opinion on projects reports and documents received from all sectors and agencies and advice on the appropriate technical solutions.# Conduct Training and mentoring of young and experienced project managers as a member of RTA SME program (Subject Matter Experts).# Participate in DG-Chairman of the board of Executive directors external committees, prepare and review all the technical reports/summaries related to the external committees & stakeholder’s concerned.# Review and provide advice on portfolio management policies and organizational project management maturity models.# Provide Project Management Support and Guidance to PMOs (Project Management offices) at various agencies and department levels.# Create and maintain Project Management Policies for RTA including various updates, leading awareness sessions, and related workshops to identify areas of improvement.# Manage and overview the Portfolio/OPPA (Organizational Project Process Assets) and provide continuous improvement in the program components.# Provide expert assistance to project managers on various types of engineering projects assigned to them.# Participate in committees related to engineering projects: evaluation of RTA control centres (Union Bridge, Metro, Tram).# Participate in planning and implementing Project Management Community of Practice (PMCP) activities in RTA.# Review and audit Engineering, IT and other projects as assigned and advice on the appropriate technical solutions.
