Job Description
- Prepare yearly Nationalization Plans that is communicated to departments and is reviewed on monthly basis to ensure adherence.
- Prepare the yearly Manpower budget to be reviewed by the Manpower Planning Committee for submission to the RTA Board.
- Study all new requirements for positions and classification and provide recommendations to the Manpower Planning Committee or the HRD Director or Section Manager as required
- Analyze study and identify manpower needs and requirements.
- Develop operating manpower policies and systems consistent with the best practices for it to be reviewed by higher management.
- Participate in formalizing all processes, procedures and standards related to manpower planning and budgeting for manpower planning function

# Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from a recognized University with 11 years of experience
Skills
# Excellent knowledge of planning techniques and the ability to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and management functions, systems, and procedures, HR law of Dubai government.# Minimum 10 years experience in the related field of Human Resources Planning.
