KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES


Develop strategic plans, objectives and key performance indicators for all activities and projects implemented by the Department in accordance with RTA vision, policy and rules.# study and identify gaps in the current KPIs and objectives, propose corrective actions and areas of improvement in consultation with managers, and enter in ADAA System# Communicate with all relevant partners in developing, promoting, and measuring all development programs,organizational effectiveness and processes.# Ensure that Department operational plans and the teams / committees plans are achievable and related risks are identified, monitored and included in the risk log# Ensure the implementation of projects and programs management policies and methodologies, and provide periodic feedback to the Director# Responsible for timely performance reporting for all sections and raise to the director# Benchmark projects performance with international best practices and introduce continuous development# Prepare and submit progress reports of the project to the Director on time# Perform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position.# Ensure that Department initiatives, programs and projects are aligned with RTA strategies and objectives# Plan, develop, implement and manage security programs to protect the assets, information and corporate reputation, and work to implement the approved international security standards in accordance with RTA work nature and provided services# Participate actively in the annual reviews for RTA strategy, and advise the Director regarding RTA strategy updates for future security and monitoring systems development# Work with the Director and managers to develop budgets, schedules ,plans and strategy for various MFPs, teams and committees, ensure that projects meet or exceed the approved objectives in the plans# Develop a communication plan to develop relations with external security authorities , ensure effective communication mechanisms, information sharing and training, and prepare memorandums of understanding# Work as an expert on security and monitoring , and provide knowledge sharing sessions for security and monitoring staff# Coordinate with the Planning and Corporate Development Department, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors office for all the requirements of Dubai Government Excellence Program, prepare and follow up all the submissions related to the sections# Responsible for risk management and the implementation of a quarterly workshop and introduction to risk management system# Responsible for reviewing and coordinating with all department staff and accounts management to meet all recommendations and ensure their closure# Prepare the terms of reference for security and monitoring works , and ensure the highest quality and attention to detail# Participate in reviewing and evaluation of technical proposals from RTA and the concerned consultants according to approved evaluation criteria# Ensure providing and implementing security awareness programs for employees for achieving goals and objectives, and awareness of security policies, strategies and threats# Work and participate in developing and preparing various investigation functions and types , mechanisms for conducting investigation , provide investigative tools and requirements, manage and conduct investigation interviews


Education# Master Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University.
