KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Prepare the development & improvement plans to enhance and improve business & Agility performance and level of customer satisfaction (Internal & External# Continuously measure the corporate agility maturity and define the potential areas of improvement in conjunction with the business and market needs towards increasing customer satisfaction. (Internal & External), and determine the improvement plans and initiatives to reach the desired maturity level.# Implementing effective change management to avoid any negative impact during transformation on projects, services and functions# Coordinate with the necessary departments to ensure agility practices are being shared and capabilities are being bui# Work with diverse squads and tribes to create an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution to collective goals# Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile project teams to Achieve a high level of performance and quality, and Deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to RTA external and Internal Customer# Identify squad’s improvement areas by adopting various coaching, facilitation and delivery stances# Conduct Agility related trainings and facilitate events and improvement teams as needed# Prepare and enhance RTA agile frameworks and models, all supporting documents, and required blueprints in coordination with the relevant parties to support an effective Corporate agility Implementation# Plan, prepare and drives an effective corporate development plan & agile transformation across all applicable functions, work streams in RTA based on sound analysis of internal strengths, weaknesses and with consideration of external opportunities and threats# Develop the scaleup structure, including the value streams needed, Agile Release trains, the Design and launch of Tribes and Squads upon business needs, while Identifying and working to resolve barriers to scaling agile# Ensure to develop a deep understanding of the RTA core business strategy to ensure alignment with Agility requirements# Identify and monitor Tribes & Squads real time performance based on their objectives and Key results (OKRS)# Oversee the Design, on-boarding, and all related ceremonies as per the agility practices.# Give advices in aligning the organizational development and continuous improvement opportunities with the strategic directions of the organization based on sound analysis of internal strengths, weaknesses and with consideration of external opportunities and threats# Continuously Coach Tribe and Squads members towards optimizing the flow of value and helping resolve impediments# Follow-up on the implementation of the development and continuous improvement plans on all departments level# Develops and maintains benchmarking frameworks and adopt the best practices and cultural environment in reference to RTA needs and environment# Work with all relevant stakeholders to create a format for sharing best practices and lessons learned among the organization employees# Provides reporting to the Director, section Managers and management on the status of the Continuous Improvement projects# Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department


Education# Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Corporate Governance, or management from a recognized university
