Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Chief Sales Officer to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies that align with company objectives, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering high-level relationships with key clients and partners. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in the industry, excellent analytical abilities, and proven experience in achieving significant sales growth through strategic planning and team development.

- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to enhance market presence and revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maximize sales potential.
- Performance Analysis and Improvement: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve processes to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture through guidance, coaching, and professional development.

Requirements
- Experience: 20-25 years in sales, including 10-15 years in a senior leadership role within the building materials industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve sales goals, with strong management capabilities.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a talent for influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
