Chief Architect & Project Manager of a Master Plan

Responsibilities

• Interaction with the local representatives in Oman;
• Collection of initial data based on information, documents, materials contained in state information systems for supporting urban planning activities.
• Urban planning calculations regarding the parameters of the functional planning organization of the territory according to the local standards (formation of technical and economic decisions;
• Interaction with an architectural company, who will do a Masterplan concept, supervision and provision of all the necessary information;
• Development and adjustment of the master plan at the all-project phases after Concept confirmation; verification of the solutions according to the local standards;
• Leading a MIRA team of architects on the following stages of the masterplan after the concept confirmation;
• Interaction with a team of specialists performing related sections of the project (utility networks, transport infrastructure, social infrastructure, etc.);
• Managing a full range of issues regarding urban planning decisions.
