Responsibilities:
Define and implement a strategic architectural plan for the business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Manage the setup, customisation, and integration of the Loan Management System and decision engine
Architect systems to support business growth
Identify and suggest new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the lending business's architectural framework
Lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical quality, and ongoing improvement.
Cultivate a strong understanding of microloan requirements, ensuring the technology stack is optimized to handle rapid, high-volume transactions with security and efficiency.
Requirements:
Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
12+ years in software Architecture/Development, 5+ years in a leadership roles
Deep expertise in Loan Management Systems, decision engines, and technology stacks related to microloans or consumer finance.
Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), microservices, API architecture, and data management.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and team building.
