Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Handle VAT returns, ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, and liaise with tax authorities.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and financial forecasting.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records in Tally and other accounting software.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with property managers and finance teams to manage rental income, lease payments, and other real estate transactions.
  • Provide regular financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
