Your Day to Day
As our Chef de Partie, you’ll lead the charge in creating culinary magic in your section. Your mission? To ensure top-notch quality while crafting an unforgettable dining experience. Located in the heart of Dubai, our vibrant hotel will be your culinary stage as you guide a talented team of demi chefs, commis chefs, and stewards, all working together in sync to deliver excellence.
In this role, you’ll oversee daily kitchen operations with an unwavering commitment to quality, presentation, and hygiene. Strict adherence to HACCP guidelines will ensure that every aspect of food handling meets the highest safety standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to innovate and develop menu items that balance creativity with guest preferences, and you’ll mentor junior kitchen staff, nurturing teamwork and skill development.
Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with management to streamline kitchen processes, monitoring inventory, and keeping everything running smoothly. Clear communication is key, and you’ll be sharing challenges, guest feedback, and valuable insights with the team. Reporting to the Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a vibrant dining atmosphere and contributing to our hotel’s success.

Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with a love for the hospitality industry and a dynamic personality. Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as a commitment to creativity and growth.
