Position Title:             Chef De Partie

Salary:                        up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A casual dining restaurant known for its modern American cuisine and specialty dishes in Dubai.

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes within hot section, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Manage and train junior kitchen staff, maintaining a smooth workflow during service.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus and maintain inventory for your station.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operational standards.

 

Skills

Qualifications: 

  • Open to Asian nationalities
  • 35 years old and below
  • Atleast 3 years of experience as CDP
  • Candidates with home country experience are open to apply
