Job Description

Position: Finance Manager

Location: Dubai Industrial Area

Work Schedule: 5.5 days a week

Salary – Based on experience

Visa and Medical – Visa and medical only for Employee not family

Experience Required: 4+ years (UAE-based experience only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Conduct thorough analysis of business performance and variances against budgets and forecasts.
  • Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with department heads to prepare and review departmental budgets.
  • Forecasting: Prepare regular forecasts to project financial outcomes, identifying risks and opportunities. Monitor financial trends and provide insights to senior management.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Management: Analyze costs and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability. Provide recommendations for improving financial efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management and other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance management, with a strong background in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, specifically within the UAE market.
