Key Responsibilities The Channel Relations Executive is responsible for driving sales through brokerage channels by building strong partnerships, providing essential support, and strategically aligning brokerage firms' efforts with the company’s objectives.
Onboard new agencies from both local and international sources to enhance sales in collaboration with the sales team
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokerage firms to ensure a consistent flow of business while fostering trust and loyalty
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts between the property development company and brokerage firms to ensure smooth and productive working relationships
Negotiate terms and agreements with brokerage companies, ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficial and align with the company's strategic goals
Serve as a liaison between brokerage firms and the property development company, ensuring that broker feedback is communicated to internal teams to enhance products, services, and support
Develop and implement strategies to maximize brokerage performance, including setting sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning brokerage activities with the company's overall business objectives
