As the Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the program and individual project benefits on behalf of the program sponsors. You will assess progress towards realising these benefits and drive measurable improvements in business operations.

Analyse the effects of changes, assess readiness and identify key stakeholdersSupport the design and delivery of training programs by documenting requirements and providing inputIdentify and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with organisational changesDefine success metrics, measure performance and provide updates to management and project teamsMentor people managers and collaborate with specialists to ensure effective implementation and user readiness for proposed changes


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a change management qualification (Prosci, etc) a significant plusExtensive experience in various change management models and methodologies that you can leverage to select appropriate approachesProficient in using project management software (e.g., Jira) for planning and trackingExceptional written and communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and engaging key stakeholders to be active agents in the change processStrong analytical abilities to gather and interpret data, identifying trends and patterns to drive successful change initiatives
