Establish long - term growth plans to develop profitability in the marketBe a strategic advisor to the Board and collaborate with other departments to map out financial forecasts, budgets and goals for the groupManage the groups key treasury operations, optimise funds to support the funding of large-scale projectsEstablish sustainable risk management strategies to preserve the groups assetsTake leadership of the company's investment strategies, to be an advisor on new opportunities for the groups expansionSupervise the groups large investments and capital expenditure plans to ensure steady progressionOversee back-office functions to ensure consistency in reportingSpearhead automation of financial systems to benefit streamlined financial reportingLead the finance team to promote a culture of collaboration and seamless teamwork to ensure company growth
Profile
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related; Professional Accounting qualification is a MUSTProven track record in a Family-Owned set-up is a MUSTProven track record within B2B/ CAPEX intensive industries is a MUSTKnowledgeable on UAE regulations, tax laws and compliance
