Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering simulation software company in Dubai, recognized for driving innovation across industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead specializing in Multiphysics simulations, with expertise in FSI/System Coupling using Ansys products. The role involves leveraging Ansys tools to address customer challenges, provide training, support R&D initiatives, and optimize engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Ansys CFD tools (Fluent/CFX) and System Coupling tools (Mechanical/LS-Dyna/HFSS/Maxwell).
- Provide technical support, resolve queries, and guide complex industrial applications.
- Offer customized training on Multiphysics workflows and methodologies.
- Execute projects and contribute to R&D initiatives to support customer goals.
- Lead technical discovery, product presentations, demonstrations, and pilot evaluations.
- Identify customer challenges, propose solutions, and articulate the value of Ansys products.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects, pre-sales materials, and workshop content.
- Deliver high-quality post-sales technical support via email and online meetings.
- Contribute technical expertise to marketing events, seminars, and webinars.
- Build strong customer relationships as a trusted Multiphysics expert and advisor.
- Drive software adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements- MS/PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong foundation in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and CFD analysis.
- 10+ years of experience in Multiphysics CFD applications, including 5+ years using Ansys tools.
- Expertise in Dynamic Mesh, 6-DOF solver, external aerodynamics, and turbulence.
- Familiarity with multiphase flows, hydrodynamics, and explicit dynamics is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a logical problem-solving approach.
- Demonstrated engineering curiosity, organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Experience with Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI), including aero fluttering through 2-way FSI is preferred.
- Background in turbomachinery and aero mechanics applications is preferred.
