Job Description
The ideal candidate plays a pivotal role in maximising the CEO’s efficiency and productivity. They will manage daily operations, coordinate communications, and assist with strategic analysis and initiatives, ensuring tasks are executed with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
They are also responsible for supporting the CEO in decision-making processes, optimising daily operations, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, the candidate will handle sensitive matters and help manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine Analysis: Conduct various analyses to support the CEO’s decision-making process, providing timely insights and recommendations.
- Communication Management: Oversee internal and external communications, including managing the CEO’s schedule, emails, and correspondence to ensure effective and professional communication.
- Confidential Processing: Handle sensitive matters, such as payments and legal issues, with discretion and confidentiality.
- Tactical Coordination: Organize and optimize daily activities, including leading sync meetings, coordinating projects, and utilizing AI tools for enhanced productivity.
- Shadow Management: Assist the CEO in managing daily productivity tasks, including calendar management and priority setting.
- Collaboration: Build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted collaborator in all dealings.
