Role       : CCU Officer
Location : Abu Dhabi 
Role Purpose:
Checker Murabaha/Covered Card Physical completeness checking process.

Key Accountabilities of the role      
 

1. Ensure that the daily scanning, indexing archival and retrieval and checking process are completed within TAT.
2. Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports are ready as per defined process to present to the Management. 
3. Complete the scanned image and Meta data validation within the working day. 
4. Monitor Placement of the documents to the proper allocated zones.
5. Maintain the system records barcode number wise for all the safekeeping zones.
6. Complete the retrieval requests from the branches/departments within the same working day.
7. Help the Branches/Departments for their information needs.
8. Hold the key custody for safe keeping zones.
9. Any other tasks assigned by HEAD of CCU and his duties.
    

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
 

• Knowledge in FileNet P8/Capture professional Application.
• Knowledge in MS-Office. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
   

Previous experience:

Fresher
