Guildhall is recruiting a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Administrator for a leading technology-driven company based in Dubai. Specialising in Business Set-Up, Licensing, and Corporate Services, our client provides cutting-edge services and innovative solutions to help businesses achieve their goals.- Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform for high performance, reliability, and scalability.- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, conduct training sessions, and develop user guides.- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.- Develop custom applications to enhance functionality.- Implement best practices for data management, including data migration, integration, deduplication, and validation.- Create and manage complex reports and dashboards.- Utilize Salesforce Einstein Analytics for predictive analysis and insights.- Design and implement integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.- Configure security settings, user roles, and access controls.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Develop and deploy process automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other tools.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.- Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Additional certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer are highly desirable.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, REST/SOAP APIs, and data management tools.
