YOUR ROLE
- Plan, organize, and supervise regional tax activities to optimize tax structure and reduce tax burden.
- Ensure full compliance with local, regional, and global tax laws and regulations.
- Steer and drive the regional execution of the sales and channel excellence roadmap.
- Drive the implementation of frameworks, policies, and channel strategy development.
- Lead strategic projects on sales and channel excellence (e.g., ACE initiatives) within the region.
- Enforce channel discipline to align with regional growth and development targets.
- Drive the global, regional, and local implementation of the eCommerce strategy.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities within regional eCommerce channels.
- Identify underexploited channel growth opportunities within the region.
- Align with global sales and channel excellence teams for regional rollouts.
- Collaborate with counterparts from other SBUs to manage shared distributors.
- Continuously evaluate existing and potential channel partners to optimize regional performance.
- Cooperate with the pricing team to ensure continuous price alignment across the region.
- Sponsor or manage key distribution accounts at global, regional, and local levels.
- Proactively maintain an understanding of market developments and product knowledge.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and channel management, tax optimization, and compliance.
- Strong project management skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
