Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process purchases accurately using the cash register/POS system.
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments while ensuring proper billing and change.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist in store arrangement, stock replenishment, and organization.
  • Follow company policies regarding transactions, safety, and hygiene.

RequirementsJob Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, sharp, and proactive personality.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Fluency in English (French or Arabic is a plus).
