About the job Case Coordinator (Arabic)
Job Overview:
The Case Coordinator will play a vital role in overseeing patient cases, ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers, and enhancing the overall patient experience. In addition, the role requires business development expertise to build relationships with key stakeholders, recognize growth opportunities, and contribute to the facility's strategic objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Patient Case Management:
- Oversee the coordination of patient cases from initial admission to discharge.
- Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking patients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other team members to design and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Foster communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure an integrated care experience.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business prospects and partnerships within the healthcare sector.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, such as insurance providers, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Assist in the creation and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving the facility's growth and expanding its market presence.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape.
Administrative Support:
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in case coordination or healthcare administration.
- Demonstrated experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certification in case management or healthcare administration.
- Knowledge of the healthcare system in Abu Dhabi and the UAE region.
