Carpenter/Painter

You will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to your customers. The Carpenter/painter is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments

• Minimum 1-year of work experience as a Carpenter/Painter  in a hotel or 1 year in a similar large building/complex with central plant

• Proven experience as a carpenter and painter.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and painting methods.
• Experience with drywall installation and repair.
• Familiarity with different types of paints and finishes.
