Caregiver- Assistive

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with home care experience to join our team. You will provide personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance: Help clients with movement and exercises.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious and well-balanced meals.
• Medication Management: Remind clients to take medications on schedule.
• Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning, laundry, and tidying up.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage clients in activities.
• Medical Appointments: Accompany clients to medical appointments as needed.
• Observation: Monitor health status and report any changes to the family or healthcare team.
• Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in home care.
• Certifications: MOFA Attested Certification. CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR: Current certification required.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Observant with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
• Capable of performing basic household chores and preparing meals.
