**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Car Programming Expert** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of automotive software, ECU programming, key coding, and diagnostic tools. This role requires expertise in vehicle electronics, module coding, and troubleshooting complex software-related issues in modern cars.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and resolve ECU (Engine Control Unit) and TCU (Transmission Control Unit) issues.
- Program and update vehicle control modules, including ECM, BCM, and other electronic components.
- Perform key programming and immobilizer system configurations.
- Work with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., Autel, VCDS, ODIS, Xentry, ISTA, Techstream, etc.).
- Conduct software updates, flashing, and coding for various vehicle brands.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical and software faults in vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with automotive security and industry standards.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other technicians to optimize vehicle performance.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in car programming, ECU tuning, or automotive diagnostics.
