Job Description

Position Title:             Captain / Head Waiter

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Benefits:                     Yearly vacation and airline ticket, monthly incentives based on performance, centralized tips, insurance, paid holiday and overtime

Job Location:            Dubai, UAE

 

About the Client:

A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai

 

Job Description:

  • Lead and coordinate the waitstaff to ensure great service.
  • Welcome guests, address their needs, and suggest menu items.
  • Ensure food and drinks are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Help train new waiters on service standards and menu details.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Filipino, Sri Lankan, Indian, and Nepali nationalities
  • Male, 35 years old and below
  • At least 2 years of experience in Arabic or International fine dining restaurants
  • Knowledgeable with Arabic and Mediterranean menu
  • Candidates must be interested to work on night shift
