Canopy Glass Panel Replacement - Atlantic Tower

Site Protection and Barricading: • Implement proper safety barricades around the work zone to ensure no access from unauthorized personnel and to protect the surrounding area during the replacement. • 2. Removal of Existing Canopy Glass Panel: • Safely remove the existing canopy glass panel with appropriate care and methods to avoid damage to surrounding structures. • Use proper tools and techniques to prevent injury and ensure safety during removal. 3. Supply and Installation of New Canopy Glass Panel: • Supply a new glass panel that meets the size and quality requirements. • Install the new canopy glass panel with proper alignment and secure it correctly to the frame, ensuring it is stable and well-fitted. • Ensure the new panel's color and size exactly match the existing installation for uniformity. 4. Use of Scaffolding: • Employ scaffolding to safely reach the required height for panel removal and installation. • Ensure that all scaffolding equipment is securely assembled, stable, and in compliance with safety standards. 5. Debris Disposal: • Safely collect and remove all debris generated from the glass panel removal process. • Transport all debris to the designated DM disposal yard as per local regulations. 6. Work Area Size: • The total work area is 4.5 x 5.5 meters, which should be factored into the planning of scaffolding and equipment use. • Completion and Inspection: • Ensure the area is cleaned and free of any debris once the work is completed. • Conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the installation meets all specifications and safety standards.
