Job Overview
As the Campus Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top early-career talent for KPMG Middle East, focusing on graduate recruitment across the region. You will be responsible for building relationships with educational institutions and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for internships, graduate programs, and early-career hires. In addition, you will driving the firm's Nationalization initiatives in UAE, KSA, and Oman, ensuring alignment with local government regulations and KPMG's nationalization strategies.
University Relations & Campus Engagement
- Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies to attract top-tier early-career talent in line with KPMG's hiring goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key university personnel, including career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Represent KPMG at career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility and promote the firm's career opportunities.
- Collaborate with universities to ensure diverse and inclusive recruitment efforts, particularly focusing on STEM fields and underrepresented groups.
Event Management & Candidate Engagement
- Plan, organize, and execute campus recruiting events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for campus visits, including scheduling interviews, hosting information sessions, and managing on-campus recruitment activities.
- Engage with potential candidates to promote KPMG as an employer of choice, providing information on career opportunities, internship programs, and company culture.
- Manage full-day interview schedules for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with hiring managers and the Nationalization Program leads (UAE, KSA, Oman) to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment between campus recruitment efforts and broader hiring strategies.
- Provide insights and regular updates to internal stakeholders, including the Talent Acquisition Leader and business leaders, to ensure that recruitment efforts meet organizational goals.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruiting strategies, including campus turnout, offers made, and retention rates of new hires.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, campus performance, and ROI of recruitment efforts to the Talent Acquisition Leader and senior management.
- Collect and report on Nationalization recruiting metrics to support compliance with local labor regulations and contribute to the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in campus recruiting, early-career hiring, or a related talent acquisition role, with at least 3 years dedicated to managing campus recruitment programs.
- Experience working within the MENA region and familiarity with Nationalization programs (UAE, KSA, Oman).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of the campus recruitment landscape and trends within the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment is highly desirable.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 15% within MENA, Europe, and Asia for campus recruitment events.
- Results-oriented, able to work independently, and highly responsive with an attention to detail.
