Position Title:                          Camp Boss Employment Type:                   Full Time  Salary:                                    up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits:                                  UAE LAWJob Location:                          Abu Dhabi, UAE  About the Client:   A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation. Job Description:  Oversee camp facilities, including accommodation, catering services, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for workers.Manage camp staff, ensure workers' basic needs are met, and handle conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious living environment.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, implement emergency protocols, and monitor overall camp cleanliness and safety.Manage camp budgets, procure necessary supplies and equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of all camp services.
