We are recruiting a Call Centre Executive - Collections for our client, based out of their Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection:
- Initiate outbound calls to discuss overdue payments and convince them to make the necessary payments towards their overdue payments.
- Negotiation & Settlement:
- Negotiate settlements for closure of liability
- Offer solutions and adjustments to assist customers in resolving their debts while meeting collection objectives.
- Record Management:
- Log every contact attempt, including details of the conversation and outcomes.
- Remove settled debts and deceased individuals from records in accordance with company policies.
- Update customer records when debts are satisfied or agreements are reached.
- Customer Interaction:
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts and payment status.
