About the job Call Center Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume back-to-back calls, providing excellent customer service, and meeting performance targets. Candidates must have a sponsored visa and prior experience in B2C or B2B call center environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Log call details and update customer information in the database promptly.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and service targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and feedback is received.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center handling B2C or B2B calls.
  • Visa Status: Must have a sponsored visa (Family or spouse visa).
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with call center systems and CRM software is a plus.
  • Attributes:
    • Customer-focused, problem-solver, and detail-oriented.
    • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
