Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesperson who is fluent in either English or Arabic and possesses basic computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients, customization options, and pricing.
- Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales area, ensuring displays are well-stocked and attractively arranged.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfill special orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use basic computer skills to manage orders, track inventory, and update customer records.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English or Arabic is a must.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping customers.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.
