Job Description
CAFM System Management:
- Operate and maintain the CAFM system to ensure accurate facility information.
- Update and manage CAFM data, including asset management, maintenance scheduling, and space planning.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor facility systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, security) and respond to alerts.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
- Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely responses to facility issues.
- Support the planning and execution of facility operations, including cleaning and emergency procedures.
Customer Service:
- Act as the primary contact for facility-related inquiries from staff, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Provide timely and exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and requests.
- Emergency Management:
- Monitor emergency alarms and initiate appropriate procedures.
- Stay updated on safety protocols and procedures.
Training and Documentation:
- Train new users on the CAFM system and its functionalities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations and updates within the CAFM system.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.
- Experience with CAFM systems and facility management operations.
- Strong knowledge of facility systems (e.g., HVAC, security systems).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Proficient in report generation and data analysis.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
