Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
  • Serve meals efficiently while maintaining portion control and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Refill food stations and beverage areas as needed.
  • Follow food safety regulations and proper storage guidelines.
  • Assist in unloading and stocking kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide friendly service.
  • Support cafeteria staff in various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.



Skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cafeteria, restaurant, or food service setting is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
