Job Title: Receptionist Male
Location: International City, France Cluster, Dubai
Responsibilities:
Reception and Cleaning Duties:
Perform daily cleaning of the reception, toilets, warehouse, and dining area.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in customer-facing and operational areas.
Customer Service:
Independently manage customer orders and serve dine-in customers.
Answer phone calls and handle online orders promptly and accurately.
Familiarity with the Chinese names of dishes is required to ensure smooth customer interaction.
Store Operations (Later Stage):
Manage daily store opening and checkout processes.
Depending on performance, take on store management responsibilities, including supervising employees and organizing shifts.
Manage social media postings and promotions to increase customer engagement.
Employment Terms:
Probation Period: 1 month
Salary during probation: 2300 AED (2000 AED basic + 300 AED accommodation allowance)
Post-Probation:
Salary: 2500 AED (2000 AED basic + 300 AED accommodation allowance + attendance bonus)
Employment visa provided after probation (visa costs covered for the first year, approximately 200 AED per month)
