We are always looking for ambitious students and graduates from a wide range of backgrounds for our professional internship programs. You will up-skill in the everyday and experience working as a valued member of the team - you will be empowered to innovate, develop and learn in a fun and supportive environment! As a Buying Trainee your responsibilities will be:
Maintain all information relating to seasonal buy including product information and order confirmation along with open to buy management tracking as applicable. Support the Buyers by regularly visiting competitors to provide market intelligence to the Buying team. Support the Buying team by ensuring 'who, what and when' are collated from milestones meetings including Hindsight, Trade, and SWOT analysis. Ensure completion of competitive pricing analysis and store visit actions. Assist the Buying team with weekly reporting and VIC requests Manage RTV and the process in collaboration with Supply Chain Ensure all necessary records, files, and databases are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner including collation of information (Buying calendar, exclusive product tracker...) Conduct product validation to support Buying and cross-functional teams for PR and marketing campaigns, look books, and Social media imagery
What you'll need to succeed
Graduate in Fashion Design, Marketing or Business
Fully proficient on Excel Natural numerical and analytical capability Strong attention to detail and numbers Proactive and organized Capable of working under pressure Passionate about Fashion trends Agile, flexible, and can work autonomously Positive attitude and team player
