Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Director for our Unified
Communications and Collaboration (UCC) & Infrastructure division. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all operations within
the UCC & Infrastructure business unit, ensuring the achievement of
business goals and objectives. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and
possess significant leadership experience in the UCC & Infrastructure
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and productivity within the UCC & Infrastructure business unit.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve business and performance goals.
- Oversee all operations and business activities of the UCC & Infrastructure unit to ensure they produce desired results.
- Manage resources and budget to achieve financial and business objectives.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the UCC & Infrastructure business unit.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Report performance data and forecasts to executive management.
- Implement change management initiatives as required.
- Ensure the delivery
of high-quality products or services that meet customer needs.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the UCC & Infrastructure industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a business unit.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the latest UCC & Infrastructure technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
