Business Unit Director - Cyber Security

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Director for our Cyber Security division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all operations within the Cyber Security business unit, ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and possess significant leadership experience in the Cyber Security industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and productivity within the Cyber Security business unit.
  
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve business and performance goals.
  
• Oversee all operations and business activities of the Cyber Security unit to ensure they produce desired results.
  
• Manage resources and budget to achieve financial and business objectives.
  
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the Cyber Security business unit.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  
• Report performance data and forecasts to executive management.
  
• Implement change management initiatives as required.
  
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet customer needs.
  
• Stay updated on the latest Cyber Security threats, trends, and technologies.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Cyber Security industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  
• Proven track record of managing and growing a business unit.
  
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  
• Knowledge of the latest Cyber Security technologies and industry trends.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
