As Business Support Coordinator, you will support in keeping the organization running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative tasks, in close collaboration with multiple functions across the Middle East. You will be instrumental in ensuring governance for the Roche Diabetes Care Middle East legal entity, and supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to HR, Training, Finance, Contracts, Marketing, communication and organization. You will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and you will need to become familiar with a variety of the organization’s concepts, practices and procedures.
Your Responsibilities
Liaison and coordination of payroll, time and benefits data related activities for selected distributor markets, and updating of employee master data
Key Liaison to Roche P&C colleagues, in-market stakeholders, and 3rd party service providers
Handling of various administrative tasks including, renewing of company licenses, leases and insurances, obtaining signatures from stakeholders for legal and other documents, and coordinating with Life and Medical Insurance companies to ensure annual renewals and governance is maintained
Supporting the Marketing, Finance and Call Center teams with tasks including reviewing and reconciliation of invoices, debit notes and statements
Facilitating and improving processes that support the Marketing and Call Center teams
Coordination and storage of agreements and other documentation
Support all requests relating to the Training Portal (Cornerstone) to ensure that training material are assigned, removed and training groups are managed
Coordinate office procedures, resolve administrative problems, handling of sensitive information, and managing other processes and portals
Who You Are
You obtained a University degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field
You built a minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator in a multinational company
You are highly motivated and you take initiative to resolve issues and improve process
You have attention to detail, are accurate and able to handle a variety of sensitive matters in a professional, polished, and mature manner with tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment
You bring well-developed computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suites, internet and email applications
You built excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
You can work independently with minimal guidance, you are structured, well organized, and are able to plan and prioritize tasks and activities
You are Fluent in English language spoken and written
