Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Business Setup Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UAE business regulations and experience guiding clients through company formation processes. This role requires an advisor who can effectively support entrepreneurs and businesses in setting up operations in the UAE, ensuring all procedures are handled efficiently and in compliance with local laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the business setup process, legal structures, and regulatory requirements in the UAE
- Assist with company registration, trade license applications, and other government-related approvals
- Provide clients with clear and accurate information on documentation, costs, timelines, and procedures
- Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, and other entities for company formation and licensing matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on changes in regulations, policies, and laws affecting business setup in the UAE
- Support clients in additional services such as visa processing, bank account opening, and business compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business setup consulting, business advisory, or related roles within the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE business laws, regulatory processes, and free zone jurisdictions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
