Business Risk Manager How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will strive for operational excellence, have good attention to details, be retail-centric and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Your goal will be to ensure Cartier’s quest to perfect compliance by designing, testing and reporting of all internal control systems to meet brand & group standards.
Your management & communication skills will enable you to engage your stakeholders, where business performance and client experience are main priorities. You will be navigating in a complex and ever-changing environment with challenges to thrive in.
Covering boutiques, point-of-sales and digital presence in several cities and on a large territory, your scope will be vast and projects multiple, you will know how to prioritize and will be excellent with your time management.
You will be looking after boutique operations and audit, product & office compliance, investigations and reports analysis. How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English , French and/or Arabic is a pluswith excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, in-depth knowledge of boutique operations, ability in handling sensitive/complex matters in a confidential/professional manner, ability to quickly assess/understand business situations/transactions to determine high risk areas, susceptibility to fraud, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. You will also be independent, self-driven with high integrity and analytical.
Liaising with boutique area managers, boutique managers and staff will be part of your duty as well as working closely with the marketing and communications team, SDP & VM, PR, Finance and Group Compliance Team.
You will also be able to work flexible hours with occasional travels within the UAE, deal with people from all background and willing to take on temporary new duties during colleagues’ leave or absence. How do we keep you smiling?
