About the Clients & Markets team


The Clients & Markets team at Grant Thornton UAE focuses on driving business growth and enhancing market presence by developing and implementing strategic marketing and client engagement initiatives. The team supports the firm's objectives by fostering strong client relationships, optimizing market opportunities, and promoting Grant Thornton’s brand within the UAE market.


As a Business Partner, some of your responsibilities will include:


  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as events, sponsorships, advertising, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborate on the creation of thought leadership materials and targeted email campaigns
  • Enhance and refine marketing collateral and client communications
  • Provide support for client proposals, communications, and other business development activities
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, offering marketing assistance to teams
  • Work with colleagues and client teams to deliver value-added services
  • Actively participate in client engagements where appropriate to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Support local internal communication efforts, including organizing internal events and updates
  • Help management implement strategic initiatives in line with the Head of Markets and the firm’s vision
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Markets team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing & business development, preferably within Professional Services
  • Familiarity with Financial Services, Energy, and Public Sector industries
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong English communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills, Arabic speaking is advantageous
  • Excellent team player with leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms)
