Take over a key role as a Business Head (Emerging Verticals) inthe Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
As Business Head - Emerging Verticals at Justlife, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and fostering growth across various service offerings. This position offers the opportunity to make key decisions, and collaborate with key stakeholders; internally and externally. By leading innovative strategies and ensuring service quality, you'll directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market positioning, contributing to Justlife’s mission of delivering top-tier home services across the UAE.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in senior management roles, preferably within high-growth tech or dynamic industries
- Proven expertise in developing and scaling business verticals
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing P&L effectively
- Exceptional leadership, people management, and team-building skills
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in risk management and adaptability to change
