Job description

· To manage and grow company's business

· To manage technical sales and develop a strong team to deliver a robust ROI - explaining and expanding the usage of the product and addressing technical concerns of the customers.

· To initiate projects with customers and help Company develop customized solutions for the customers.

· To formulate business plans and execute the same as per the laid down sales strategy.

· To formulate yearly budgets and ensure that these budgets are met.

· To ensure sales profitability.

· To network and build lasting relationships with professionals from the industry

· Ensure efficient and effective client management.

· Establish and maintain good personal rapport with the enterprise clients.

· To ensure timely fulfilment of orders and keep a tab on the market developments including gathering market Intelligence on competitor activities.

· Knowledge of professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

· Overall management of the business in Dubai: ensuring the efficient day to day running of the business in Dubai office including operations/administration

· Reporting to the Directors on financial performance, sales team indicators etc

· Implementation of appropriate procedures to ensure the professional operation of the business
