We are looking for a Lead to join our Global Business Expansion team in Dubai who will be responsible for growing Snapchat’s clients’ businesses in EMEA emerging markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap and our sales partners team to define GTM strategies for existing and new markets in EMEA.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the sales partners’ levers of growth in terms of manpower, contract/s, commission modeling, pipeline and quota management.
Design successful revenue growth strategies for current and new business opportunities
Deliver high-quality data driven reports to executives internally and C-level business partnerships weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Develop relationships with industry leaders and key customers to drive growth
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build workstreams, overcome challenges to develop the business eco-system.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
10+ years of experience in media sales, media buying, partner management, management consulting, digital advertising, and/or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
Understanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language
Experience in working for matrix organizations and the ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation
