Job Summary
- Junior Manager Key Account Ecommerce is responsible for the IFFCO group Ecommerce sales activities.
- He/she will develop the ecommerce sales sustainably and profitably while participating to the digital transformation of the company to better serve our consumers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the design of IFFCO group Ecommerce strategy across the different Ecommerce sub- channel Grocery Market Place, Bricks and Clicks, Generalist Pure Player and Food Pure Players Assist in leading the forecast accuracy and participate in yearly financial and volume planning
- Execute the strategy across the different sub-channels by leading the relationship with the key e-retailers focusing on products availability, quality of execution, trade marketing activities and data analytics on business performance ie sales growth, market share, category performance driver and competitive landscape
- Monitor and manage the day to day activities (orders, payment collection, finance reconciliation, operational performance ie fill rate, out of stocks, delivery time)
- Think out of the box to drive innovative way to touch more consumers and incremental business opportunities
- Drive financial profitability through financial mix analysis, trade spend, trade marketing and marketing analysis to drive expected ROI
- Reports to the management business achievement and Ecommerce sales fundamentals KPI Manage the day to day relation with ecommerce suppliers and agencies

Work experience requirement
- Total Work Experiences of Minimum 2-4 years in FMCG or Ecommerce/Digital industry.
- Experience of in Key Account management Ideally E-commerce and/or from Ecommerce/Digital.
- Experience of working in multi geographies/multi-cultural environment
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management and above
